Dear ILM.org visitor,
If you are using Safari 5.1 and have been having trouble with the "listen online" links on the audio pages it is likely you are experiencing HTML compatibility problems. Safari 5.1 has jumped ahead of the pack and is using the latest version of HTML. This is a universal problem that many web sites are experiencing. If we update the site to work with the latest version of Safari (v5.1), then it will not work with Safari 5.0 nor will it work with other browsers such as Internet Explorer or Firefox.
What can I do? Since this is an issue only with the "listen online" link, we suggest that you either choose the "download" link or the "I-Pod download" link.
Further Help for Mac users: It is likely that if you are a Safari user, you are using a Mac. In that case using the "I-Pod download" link will allow you to listen to the audio file through iTunes. Once you have downloaded the file, open iTunes, click on File, Add to library…, a finder window will open. Locate the audio file which will most likely be in your Downloads folder. It will be named with the date of the recording, such as 09_18_11.mp4. Select the file, click on Open and it should be in your iTunes Music library. If you can't find it right away, click on Music under LIBRARY and if you have very many files and you still don't see it, use the Search Music field in the upper right hand corner. Type in the name of the file, for example 09_18_11. You can select the file by clicking on it. Click the play button in the upper left hand corner to begin playing the recording.
