Jim Gordon is President and founder of Inner Light Ministries. Jim has been spiritually aware since the age of 5. At that time Jim began to realize that his inner vision and his understanding of the things around him were different from others. His awareness of Spirit and its action in the world led him on a great search for understanding and clarity of God and the inner spiritual realms.
At the age of 18 Jim was asked by the Holy Spirit to begin being of service in the world. The service action that came forward was to share with those who showed interest about God, Spirit and the inner realms. Jim's sharing and counseling sessions have taken him around the world. His compassion and loving has been the hallmark of his spiritual service.
In 1999, Jim began a new action of service as directed by the Holy Spirit. After years of sharing about The Path of Sound and Light, Jim began to initiate people into this inner meditation practice. In this way his service in alignment with the Holy Spirit has expanded and has reshaped into today's spiritual action of Inner Light Ministries: teaching and initiating into The Path of Sound and Light. |

Brian Yeakey is the Vice President of Inner Light Ministries and an ordained ILM minister. He has been a long-time student of mystical teachings and holds a Master’s degree in Theology, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business. Through his loving devotion and dedication to the Spirit within all, Brian shares from his own experience of spiritual awakening on The Path of Sound and Light. With humor and compassion he assists others in finding the loving essence of the Spirit within.
Brian is also initiating people, along with Jim Gordon, into the meditation practice of The Path of Sound and Light. Through his spiritual sharing, and through the initiations, Brian has helped many around the world experience a greater spiritual fulfillment and enjoy a more loving, peaceful and joyful way of life. |

Steven McAfee is an ordained minister with Inner Light Ministries and serves as its Midwest Coordinator, developing and conducting classes, workshops, and retreats throughout the “Midwest” area of Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio.
Steven majored in both philosophy and theater at Indiana University. He is also a musician and songwriter who uses his music to touch and inspire the heart. Steven has studied world spiritual traditions for over thirty years and has taught classes on spiritual development in many parts of the country. His primary interest is in the area of Jewish and Christian mystical teachings, particularly those originating in the generation of Jesus during the first century. He enjoys helping people find the 'hidden' connections and references in the Bible that point to the inner Path of Sound and Light, which the followers of Jesus called “The Way.”
Steven presently resides in Ft. Wayne, Indiana with his wife Anita. They have six children and six grandchildren and one amazingly sweet golden retriever. |

Laura Kesten is an ordained ILM minister based in Austin, Texas. A mother and former elementary and middle school teacher, Laura's own life experiences and healing are the basis of her desire to be of service to others.
Since the mid 1980's, Laura has walked a path of concentrated self-healing, whereby finding spirituality was the key source in assisting in this process. In 1994 she became an ILM minister, and has since been dedicated to bringing circles of people together to share in the process of combining the spiritual journey with the emotional, mental and physical aspects of oneself. With her open personality and sharp intellect, Laura gently brings those who participate in her circles into a greater experience of the wisdom and healing power within themselves.
Laura is currently editing the newsletter and other reading materials, as well as transcribing and compiling Jim and Brian's talks into new written material. |

Bill Stratton is an ordained ILM minister based in Austin, Texas. Bill serves as the production coordinator for ILM: designing and developing the ILM newsletter and flyers for ILM events, editing Jim Gordon's and Brian Yeakey’s audio seminars, and designing the packaging for ILM's CDs and tapes. Bill occasionally creates and facilitates classes focusing the teachings of ILM and occasionally writes articles for the ILM newsletter. He also conducts ILM's Sunday morning Austin classes when Jim and Brian are out of town.
Bill has a Bachelor’s degree in the Arts, and has been a professional actor, singer and dancer in New York City working in National Tours, Off-Broadway and on Broadway. He also holds a Masters Degree in Theology. Bill has been involved in spiritual pursuits for over thirty-five years. He created his own spiritually based singing/acting class in New York City, and has facilitated spiritually focused classes for over twenty-four years.
In his work over the years Bill has joyfully and lovingly assisted others in experiencing Spirit in their daily lives. |
